Simple Return Policy From Syviane.

30-day refunds - no return needed, if you are not satisfied with our product.

Refund Policy within 30 days of delivery date. The product does not have to be returned, just kept.

To request a refund for an order, please email support@syviane.com with the order number and we will process a full refund within 5-10 business days. Note that this is a one time refund per customer per order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation of an order can be requested within 24 hours of an order being placed via email at: support@syviane.com with the Order Number quoted. Please note that although orders are placed into processing within 24 hours of order placement, in some cases it may still be possible to cancel an order prior to it being dispatched. However, once an order has been dispatched cancellation of the order is not possible and you will need to return the goods in accordance with the 30 day Refunds policy above.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For damaged, defective or incorrect items. Email support@syviane.com within 30 days from delivery date with a photo of the damage along with the order number. Full refund or a replacement item of your choice will be issued. No return required.

Refund Processing

Refund will be issued to original payment method. Refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of return request. Allow an additional 5-10 business days for refund to post to your account depending on your bank or payment method provider.

Original shipping costs are refunded in full.

Exchanges

In the case of an exchange (same item, different size), no return of original item will be required.

Order Not Delivered

We will investigate any missing orders with the relevant carriers, and in the event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier a full refund or alternative product will be issued to you free of charge.

Changes To This Policy

These terms and conditions may change from time to time and therefore will be updated on this website with the new date.
